The Town of Morrisville was first chartered in 1875 and is now one of the most prominent areas in central North Carolina. As most of the town is located in Wake County, a portion extends into Durham County reaching its neighbor of the Research Triangle Park. International Corporations such as Lenovo, Cisco and IBM call Morrisville home as do over 23,000 residents.
Located near I-40, Morrisville is perfectly located for those that work in RTP and need to get to RDU airport with ease. This town is not all work though as it’s home to parks and greenways galore.
